Houses in our keeping

A selection, not a catalogue.

Most houses we keep are never listed. These are the few whose owners let them travel. Each sleeps its stated number comfortably, no sofa arithmetic, and each is kept year-round by the same hands that hand you the keys.

Talk to Federico
How a stay works

Every house is met, not handed over. Federico or one of the team is at the gate when you arrive, walks you through the house, and is a phone call away for the whole stay. Linen is changed Thursday. The pool is read every day. If something breaks, it is fixed the same afternoon, and you will read about it in the owner’s report rather than hear about it from a guest.

Availability and rates are given on request, by telephone or email, and never on a booking site.
