What this site is

A presentation of Azzurra’s villa management service and of a small number of houses in its keeping. It offers no online booking, no prices and no contract. Descriptions of houses are given in good faith and are indicative; a stay or a management arrangement exists only once agreed in writing between you and Azzurra.

Content

The text, photographs, the AZZURRA wordmark and the sun-and-horizon mark are the property of Azzurra or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without written consent. Villa names are used with their owners’ agreement. Quoting a short passage of the Journal with a link back is welcome.

Liability

We keep the site accurate and available but cannot guarantee it is free of error or interruption. Azzurra is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site’s content or from its unavailability. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; their content is not ours.

Law

This site and these terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls to the competent courts of Nice.
